Returns & Exchanges
Very Busy Bag accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
If you receive an item that has been damaged or broken in transit, we will provide a replacement item free of charge within 7 days of receipt of delivery. You must contact customer service within the 7 day period - no exchanges are available after 7 days. Please email a picture of the damaged/broken item in the original packaging to email@example.com
Returning damaged/broken items for exchange are shipped to us at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The only reason for a refund would be if the item is damaged, under rare circumstances, if a mistake has been made we will, of course, be fair and refund/exchange. We have a 5-day returns policy from when you receive the item, the item (and items within the Very Busy Bag) must be in its original unopened packaging for us to consider a refund.
