Very Busy Bag accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
If you receive an item that has been damaged or broken in transit, we will provide a replacement item free of charge within 7 days of receipt of delivery. You must contact customer service within the 7 day period- no exchanges are available after 7 days. Please email a picture of the damaged/broken item in the original packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org
Important note - We will not offer refunds if your Very Busy Bag misses your trip, please take care to plan ahead for processing and delivery times and provide delivery details to ensure packages find you.
Returning damaged/broken items for exchange are shipped to us at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
